The owner of Cakes By Scelle Rey LLC has been baking since the age of nine. She has obtained a diploma in Home Economics with a specialization in Food Science and Nutrition from the John S. Donaldson Technical Institute in Trinidad of the West Indies.

She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, a Master’s of Science Degree in Biology as well as a Master’s of Science Degree in Management with a concentration in Logistics from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked as a manager for major chain restaurants and has been providing catering services for over 20 years.

In her spare time she tutors and trains people as young as three years regarding how to develop their baking and culinary skills. She enjoys baking goodies that bring a warm heartfelt smile to her customer’s faces which only makes a pleasantly unforgettable experience once they have tried a Scelle Rey cake made with care.
